23/4 fg1014, smakar maltigt
25/4 Jag kokade 1L vatten som jag tillsatte 15g Nelson och 15g Rakau i. Detta kyldes snabbt till 20C.
Humle-geggan tillsattes i jäshinken, på så vis hoppas jag få lite mer bitterhet och arom som en kombinerad torrhumling/beska.
Tempen satt till -1C
29/4 Tappad på fat samt 3st flaskor.
Smakar riktigt trevligt, fortfarande lite tunn beska, men fatet åkte direkt in i kylen för att konsumeras.
