20L mäsk + 8L lakvatten 11:55 Kokstart 12:55 (60min) 13:55 (120min) 13:05 60min-giva 13:20 Protafloc + Kylspiral 13:30 15min-giva 14:40 5min-giva 14:45 Kokstop ———– Allt flyttades fram ytterligare för att koka ner vörten.

20L blev efter urlyft maltpipa 16L med SG1052 Detta lakades med 8L till 23L med OG1045 Detta kokades i 180m till ?L med OG10?? 16:40 Kokstop OG1089

13/1 SG1025, ställs i rumstemperatur
19/1 SG1023
23/1 Omtappad till sekundär
28/1 En slatt whiskey med 2st vaniljstänger pytsades i.
30/1 FG1023 Smakar väldigt bra med lagom vanilj. Tappning i helgen
