Renjäst och mild, något hög restsötma. Fruktig och blygsam maltighet.
Det finns en sträv bitterhet. Kan det vara humlen som inte var färsk och nära sitt bäst före datum?
Oavsett en trevlig öl att sippa på.

14/9 20L OG1066
27/9 SG1018, flyttad till rumstemperatur. Aningen belgosmak har tillkommit sedan flytten till rumstemperatur. Verkar jäsa extremt långsamt.
3/10 Fortfarande SG1018, så den får betraktas klar. Torrhumlades  med humlepåse och tandtråd.
9/10 SG1015 …  It’s ALIVE!!!! Den började jäsa igen ett par dagar efter torrhumling.
Tveksamt om denna kommer bli drickbar.
18/10 Tappades på fat FG1013, förkylningen gör att jag varken känner doft eller smak. Så det får bli infection surprise när det blir dags för denna.
16/11 Tappades på toaletten. Bad taste….
